I love how cheap it is. But soy protein tastes terrible by itself. You gotta do what you gotta do to hit that protein tho.

i used the protein powder in a soup and a pasta dish and yet it felt a little chalky with all the seasoning and veggies. I might give it a try as an addition to my roti, perhaps.
