TILGUD PEANUT BUTTER LADDU
Ingredients: One cup white sesame seeds, 1/2 cup chickpea flour (besan), 1/2 cup jaggery powder, 1 1/2 cup AS-IT-IS Peanut butter, and one tsp cardamom powder.
Preparation: Dry roast one cup of sesame seeds for a few minutes on medium heat until they turn light brown. Transfer the roasted sesame seeds into a blender, add jaggery powder and peanut butter and grind the mixture into a slightly coarse texture. Now, add 2 tablespoons of ghee to the pan and roast chickpea (besan) flour for 5 minutes. Combine all the blended ingredients with the besan, add cardamom powder to it and make small laddus. Quick and healthy tilgud peanut butter laddus are ready to consume.
