COFFEE BANANA PROTEIN SHAKE

 

Ingredients: 1 scoop AS-IT-IS Whey protein powder, 1 frozen ripe banana, 1 tablespoon  peanut butter, 1 tablespoon  chia seeds, ½ cup coconutmilk/skimmed milk, ½ cup cold coffee brew, 6 ice cubes.

Method: Place all ingredients into high speed blender and blend until smooth. Transfer the shake into tall glass, top with grated dark chocolate (optional).
