Plant protein pizza

Ingredients: Crust: 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, ½ cup ATOM Plant Protein, 3 tbsp curds, ½ cup warm water, 2 tbsp olive oil  Toppings: ½ cup mushrooms, ½ cup baby corns, 1 medium onion sliced, 1 tomato sliced, 1 small red capsicum sliced, 1 tsp salt, 4 tbsp cheese, 4 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise

Preparation: Mix all-purpose flour with protein powder, and curds, add a pinch of salt, and combine well by adding water little by little. Add olive oil to the firm dough, cover the dough with a wet cloth, and let it set for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 450F. Roll out the dough, spread tomato sauce, cheese, toppings, and chili flakes (optional), place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake the pizza for 15 minutes. When the crust is golden brown, your pizza is ready to eat.
