whey banana cake

Ingredients: 2 cups oats flour, one mashed ripe banana, 1/2 cup coconut flour, 1/2 cup ATOM Banana Fusion Whey Protein Powder, 1/2 cup dates syrup, one tablespoon cinnamon, 1/4 cup ATOM Peanut butter, 1/4 cup chopped nuts of choice, 1/4 cup almond milk. 

Preparation: In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats flour, coconut flour, ATOM protein powder, and cinnamon. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine ATOM peanut butter and dates syrup and heat until melted. Pour this hot melted mixture over the dry ingredient, combine mashed banana with it, and stir through the nuts. Next, pour milk over the mixture little by little in order to adjust the consistency to a firm mixture. Transfer the mixture to a cake tin, and press firmly. Refrigerate for an hour. Once firm and solidified, cut into your desired shape and size.

*if you find the batter thin, dash it with more coconut flour until firmer.
