Peanut Butter Bannana Burfi
Ingredients: 3 ripened bananas, 1 cup jaggery, ½ cup ATOM Peanut butter, one pinch of saffron, one cup water, ½ cup wheat flour, ½ cup ghee, ¼ cup rava, 2 tbsp ghee, 1tsp cardamom powder
Preparation: Peel the skin of the bananas, chop, and blend smoothly to prepare the banana puree. Next, melt powdered jaggery in water taken in a saucepan on a low flame. In a separate pan, heat ghee on a low flame, add wheat flour and combine well until the wheat flour absorbs ghee well. Once well combined, add rava and roast well on a low flame until it turns aromatic. Mix banana puree this mixture, and saute for 10 minutes, the mixture will turn grainy. At this stage, pour jaggery syrup, mix peanut butter, add saffron and mix well. When the mixture leaves the edges of the pan, add ghee and cardamom powder. Mix well can transfer into a tray, level up, rest for 2 hours, set it completely, and cut into pieces of your desired shape.
