Ingredients:
- 4 slices of whole wheat bread.
- 1 scoop ATOM Whey Protein (any flavor).
- 1 tsp cinnamon.
- 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- 1 ripe banana.
- 1 cup soy milk/coconut milk.
- And coconut oil for cooking.
Preparation:
In a wide bowl, mash the ripe banana until very smooth. Then, add coconut milk, ATOM Whey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon powder to the banana puree. Whisk until well combined. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with coconut oil. Dip a single bread slice into the banana-protein mixture ensuring both sides are coated evenly. Place the coated bread slices on the preheated pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices. Top with a little maple syrup and enjoy the delicious Whey French Toast.
