BANANA OATS PROTEIN SHAKE

Ingredients: 1 scoop AS-IT-IS Whey protein powder, 8-10 soaked & peeled almonds, 1 whole frozen ripe banana, 3 tablespoon roasted & cooled oats, 1 tablespoon   peanut butter, 1 cup skimmed milk, ½ cup water, 6 ice cubes.

Method: Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Transfer the shake into a tall glass, top it with grated dark chocolate (optional).
