PEANUT BUTTER RAGI BALLS
Ingredients: One cup ragi flour, 1/4 desi ghee, 1/2 cup dry fruits, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1/2 cup pitted dates, 1/2 cup ATOM Peanut butter
Preparation: In a pan, add ghee, and roast ragi flour in it and roast for 5 minutes till you get the aroma of roasted flour. Let it cool down. Transfer the roasted and cool ragi flour into a blender, and add dry fruits, pitted dates, and cardamom powder. Blend the ingredients at high speed until they get mixed well. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, and make small round balls.
