PEANUT BUTTER MOONG DAL (SPLIT YELLOW LENTILS) KHEER
Ingredients: ½ cup moong dal (split yellow lentils), ½ cup ATOM peanut butter, ½ cup jaggery powder, one tablespoon flax seeds, two tablespoon ghee, dry fruits, one pinch of elaichi powder.
Preparation: Pressure cook moong dal (split yellow lentils) with enough water for one whistle, and mash them into a thick paste. Add ATOM peanut butter into mashed moong dal, mix powdered jaggery, add ghee, and roasted dry fruits, mix everything well and cook for 2 minutes. Delicious, chocolaty, nutty moong dal kheer is ready. (Adjust water such that the consistency is neither too thick nor watery).
