Ingredients: One scoop ATOM French Vanilla Whey Protein, one mashed banana, 3 tablespoon ATOM Peanut butter, 2 cups rolled oats, 1/2 cup almond milk/coconut milk, one tablespoon cocoa powder, and one pinch of salt.
Preparation: Combine rolled oats and ATOM Whey protein powder in a mixing bowl and keep aside. In a saucepan, pour almond milk, add peanut butter, mashed banana, cocoa powder, and salt, and cook over low flame. Stir until the mixture turns to a thick consistency. Take the pan off the heat, pour this mixture over the oats, and protein powder mixture. Mix everything well. Refrigerate the mixture for 10 -15 minutes to let the mixture set up. Take out and make cookies into the desired shape.
