Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp AS-IT-IS peanut butter.
- 1 cup chickpeas (drained and rinsed).
- 1 clove garlic.
- 60ml olive oil/coconut oil.
- 3 tbsp lemon juice.
- 1tbsp salt.
- 2 tbsp ground cumin.
- 1 tsp pepper powder.
- 5 tbsp Greek yogurt.
- 1 pinch of paprika.
- 1 tsp minced parsley.
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture, sprinkle paprika and parsley. Serve with cucumber slices.
