Whey Protein Crepes



Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop ATOM Whey Protein.
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour.
  • 1 ½ cup almond milk.
  • ¼ tsp salt.
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruits (sliced strawberries, bananas, blueberries or any fruit of your choice).
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup.
  • 2 tbsp AS-IT-IS Peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil.


Preparation:
In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, ATOM Whey Protein, and salt. Mix well to combine the dry ingredients. Gradually add almond milk to the dry ingredients, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add more milk if needed to achieve the creamy, pourable consistency batter. Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease the pan with olive oil. Pour a ladle full of batter into the pan and quickly swirl the pan to spread the batter into a thin, even layer. Flip and let it cook for a minute. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, stacking cooked crepes on a plate. 

Fill the crepes with a yogurt, fruit and nut butter mix. Roll the crepes, you can drizzle chocolate syrup on the crepes if you like and enjoy.
