Ingredients:
- 1 scoop ATOM Whey Protein.
- 1 cup almond milk.
- 2 tbsp maple syrup.
- ¾ cup mixed fruit slices (bananas, berries, watermelon, kiwi, orange, mango, papaya, pineapple).
Preparation:
In a blender, combine the almond milk, ATOM Whey protein powder, mixed fruit slices and maple syrup. Blend till smooth until well combined. If you wish to add fresh fruit slices to your popsicles, stir them into the mixture at this point. Pour the mixture into the popsicle moulds, insert popsicle sticks into the moulds, and freeze them for at least 5 hours until completely frozen. Once the popsicles are frozen, remove them from moulds and enjoy the dairy-free, refreshing protein-packed popsicles.
