NO-BAKE WHEY PROTEIN CARROT PROTEIN CAKES
Ingredients: 1/2 cup carrot puree (cooked carrots blended until smooth), 2 cups oats flour, 1/2 cup coconut flour, 1/2 cup ATOM French Vanilla Whey protein powder, 1/2 cup dates syrup, one tsp cinnamon powder, 1/4 cup ATOM Crunchy peanut butter, 1/2 cup almond milk
Preparation: In a large mixing bowl, combine ATOM protein powder, coconut flour, oats flour, and cinnamon. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine ATOM peanut butter and dates syrup and heat on low temperate to make it of thin consistency. Once melted, pour it over the flour mixture, and mix well. Now, add the carrot puree over the mixture and combine everything well. In the end, pour milk gradually until a thick, firm batter is formed. Transfer the cake mix to a cake tin, and press firmly. Refrigerate for an hour. Once firm, cut into your desired shape and size.
