How to Make Almond Blast shake with AS-IT-IS Whey Protein, within minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 scoops AS-IT-IS unflavoured protein powder.

• 1-1/2 cups skim milk.

• 1/2 cup dry oatmeal.

• 1/2 cup raisins.

• 3 drops of Vanilla Flavour.

• 12 slivered almonds.

• 1 tbsp peanut butter.

PREPARATION:
