Oat Meal Shake

How to Make Oat Meal shake with AS-IT-IS Whey Protein, within minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup dry oatmeal
• 2 scoops AS-IT-IS unflavoured protein powder
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/8 cup sugar-free maple syrup
• 1 tbsp chopped almonds
• 1-1/2 cups water or low-fat milk
• 3 drops of Vanilla Flavour.
Preparation:
Oat Meal shake is one of the tastiest shakes to consume; I shall take you through the simple process of preparing Oat Meal Shake.
Take a Mixer/Blender Jar, Add 2 Scoops of As-It-Is Unflavoured protein powder to the jar. Add 1 cup dry Oatmeal, ½ tbsp Cinnamon, 1/8 Cup sugar-free maple syrup, 1 tbsp chopped Almonds, 1-1/2 cups water (or) low-fat milk then finally add 3 drops of Vanilla Flavour.
