Ingredients: ½ cup ATOM Peanut butter, ½ whole wheat flour (sieved), ½ cup finely blended and sieved oats flour, ½ cup seedless dates, 1 ¼ hot milk, 1 medium-sized ripe banana, ¼ cup ghee, ½ tsp vanilla extract, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ cup chopped almonds and walnuts, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp sugar-free choco chips/chocolate sprinkles
Preparation: Soak seedless dates in hot milk and let them rest for 30 minutes. After the dates have been soaked, add the soaked dates along with milk into a blender, add ripe banana, ghee, and vanilla extract, and blend the ingredients until smooth. Transfer the contents into a mixing bowl, add whole flour and oats flour, peanut butter along with dry fruits. Give it a nice mix. Add cocoa powder on top and mix it well. Transfer the cake batter to a cake pan, add choco chips, bake it in a preheated oven at 180c for 30 minutes, and let it cool before you cut it into pieces.
