Ingredients:
- ½ scoop ATOM Roti Protein.
- 2 large potatoes scrubbed and cut into wedges.
- 2 tbsp gram flour.
- 2 tbsp corn flour.
- 1 tsp paprika.
- 1 tsp chilli powder.
- 1 tsp garlic powder.
- 1 tsp onion powder.
- ½ tsp salt.
- ½ tsp pepper powder.
- 4 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tbsp minced cilantro/parsley.
- Water.
Preparation:
Cut the potatoes into wedges by first halving the potatoes lengthwise, and then cutting each half into 3-4 wedges. Mix the ATOM Roti Protein, corn flour, gram flour, paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil, and a little water in a large bowl. Add the potato wedges into the bowl with the spicy mixture. Toss the wedges gently to coat them evenly with the spice mixture. In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Carefully add the coated potato wedges to the hot skillet in a single layer. Cook the wedges for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they become crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Once done, transfer the wedges to a serving bowl, garnish with fresh minced cilantro or parsley and enjoy it hot.
