CHOCOLATE WHEY CAKE

How to prepare whey protein cake

Ingredients: 1 1/2 scoop ATOM chocolate protein powder, 1 tsp cinnamon powder, 150ml skimmed milk (heated and cooled), 2g baking powder, 1/2 cup (50g) cake mix powder/all-purpose flour, one tablespoon ATOM crunchy peanut butter, one tablespoon stevia powder, water (to adjust batter consistency).

Preparation: Combine protein powder, cake mix powder, cinnamon, peanut butter, and stevia powder in a bowl. Now, add milk slowly with stirring. Make sure the consistency of the batter is neither too soupy nor too thick. Grease a round-based microwave-safe bowl, pour the batter into it, and microwave it for 90 seconds. You can even steam-bake the cake in a cooker for 10-15 minutes. Garnish the Whey cake with choco chips, nuts, or berries of your choice.
