Ingredients: 100g raw rice, 1 ½ litre skimmed milk, ¾ cup jaggery, ½ cup condensed milk, 2 tablespoon ATOM Peanut butter, ten cardamoms.
Preparation: Wash rice and soak in water for 2 hours. Pour milk into a large pan and bring it to a boil. Blend soaked rice in a blender along with cardamom until smooth. Reduce the flame and pour the rice paste into the milk. Stir slowly and simmer the milk. Add ATOM chocolate peanut butter, condensed milk, jaggery powder, mix well and cook for 15 minutes. When it starts bubbling, the peanut butter kheer is ready. You can add almonds, pistachios, and other nuts for garnishing.
