Protein rich ragi dosa

Ingredients: 1 cup ATOM Roti Protein, 1 ½ cups ragi (finger millet), ½ cup brown rice, 1/2 cup urad dal, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds, ¼ cup poha, 2 tsp salt, 1 glass water, sesame oil/sunflower oil

Preparation: Combine ragi, brown rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds in a large bowl, wash, and rinse well. Then soak in water for 3 hours, and soak poha for 30 minutes. Transfer the soaked ingredients to a blender, and add salt. Grind the ingredients until smooth, transfer the smooth batter to a container, and close with a non-tight lid. Set it for fermentation overnight. Next day morning, add ATOM Roti protein to the batter and mix well. Make dosas with the fermented batter, add sunflower oil/gingelly oil, and bake for 2 minutes on a low flame.
