No Bakes Snickers Whey Protein Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ATOM French Vanilla Whey Protein.
  • ½ cup almond flour.
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup.
  • ½ cup oats milk.
  • ½ cup AS-IT-IS Peanut butter
  • ¼ cup coconut oil.
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts.

Preparation:
In a mixing bowl, combine ATOM Whey Protein, almond four, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and oats milk. It would be best if you get a thick dough. Press the mixture into a bread pan lined with parchment paper to form the base layer of the bars. Sprinkle some chopped peanuts evenly over the base layer. Drizzle the caramel sauce over it. Place the baking pan in a freezer for 2 hours to allow the bars to set. 

Mix peanut butter, coconut oil, 2 tbsp maple syrup, peanut bits and salt in the mixing bowl and give it a good mix to form the second layer. Spread this mix over your frozen first layer and then set it in the freezer for 2 hours again. Once set, cut them into slices and enjoy the Snicker protein bars.
