Whey Oreo Donuts

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops ATOM Whey Protein (double rich chocolate flavour).
  • ¼ cup chickpea flour.
  • ¼ cup almond flour.
  • ¼ cup wheat flour.
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder.
  • ½ tsp baking powder.
  • ¼ tsp salt.
  • ½ tsp baking soda.
  • 1 tsp maple syrup.
  • 1 cup almond milk.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil.
  • Chocolate syrup. 

 

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 3500F. In a mixing bowl, combine ATOM Whey, chickpea flour, wheat flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix almond milk, vegetable oil, and maple syrup. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. The donut batter should neither be too loose nor thick. Spoon the batter into donut tins (about 2/3 full) pre-greased with vegetable oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow the donuts to cool, you can drizzle chocolate syrup, or chocolate crunchy peanut butter as a topping. Enjoy the delicious, protein-rich, eggless, dairy-free donuts.
