PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

Ingredients : 1/2 cup ATOM chocolate peanut butter, one tablespoon powdered flaxseeds, 1/2 cup finely grated dry coconut, 1/2 cup dates syrup.

Preparation: Combine ATOM chocolate peanut butter, flax seeds, and dates syrup on a large plate and mix very well. Make equal-sized balls out of it. Roll each ball in the grated coconut till they are evenly coated from all sides. Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes to achieve firmer texture. Later store them in an air-tight container in the fridge.
