Ingredients: One cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup desi ghee, 1/2 cup ATOM Peanut butter, 1/4 cup jaggery powder, 1/4 cup mixture of pumpkin seeds, and chopped almonds.
Preparation: In a pan, add ghee, and roast wheat flour in it and roast for 5 minutes on a low flame until it turns golden brown. The flour has to combine well with ghee and should not burn. When it turns golden brown, take off the flame. Let it cool down. To the same pan, add jaggery powder and peanut butter and combine well with the roasted wheat flour until forms a smooth and soft texture. Now, transfer the contents into a tray and make laddus.
