Ingredients:
- 1 ½ scoops ATOM Chocolate Whey Protein.
- 1 cup whole wheat flour.
- 1 cup almond flour.
- ½ tsp salt.
- 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- ½ cup AS-IT-IS peanut butter.
- ¾ cup coconut milk.
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400oF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, almond flour, Whey Protein, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to combine. Add peanut butter to the dry ingredients. Use a pastry cutter to work the peanut butter into the flour mix until resembles coarse crumbs. In a separate bowl, mix coconut milk and vanilla extract. Gradually pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients stirring gently until dough forms. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a circle about 1 inch thick. Cut the circle into 8 wedges. Place the scones onto the pre-baked baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until the scones are firm to touch.
