Pumpkin Whey Bars

Ingredients: 1 small ripe pumpkin, 150g yogurt, 60g all-purpose flour, 60g ATOM Banana Fusion Whey Protein, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 20g stevia (optional) or dates syrup, raisins

Preparation: Cut the stem of the pumpkin, slice it, and remove the inner smooth mushy thing and the seeds. Cut the pumpkin into big pieces, place them on a baking tray, and bake them for about 30 minutes at 400F (you can also use a pressure cooker to cook the pumpkin). Put the cooked pumpkin into a food processor and blend until it becomes a very smooth and creamy puree. Take about 300g of pumpkin puree in a mixing bowl, add yogurt, and combine the ingredient well. In a separate bowl, take 60g all-purpose flour, 60g ATOM Whey Protein, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder, and stevia, combine them well. Transfer all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and combine them slowly until you have a nice creamy consistency. Transfer the mix to a cake pan (with parchment paper fixed inside) and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 200F. Once done, let it cool completely, then slice it up into bars. You can garnish the bars with raisins
