PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BARS

 

Ingredients: One cup ATOM chocolate peanut butter, ¼ cup honey, half cup coconut oil, one tablespoon chia seeds, one tablespoon flax seeds, 6 pitted and chopped dates, ¾ cup rolled oats, half scoop ATOM Whey Protein, one pinch cinnamon powder, and salt.

Preparation: Mix ATOM chocolate peanut butter, coconut oil, and honey mixture in a bowl and melt it in a double boiler method. It should become a smooth mixture. Remove from heat and mix in rolled oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, pitted dates, ATOM Whey Protein, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle some choco chips (optional). Press the mixture into a flat-based container and freeze it for 10 minutes. Remove, slice them into bars, and store them in an air-tight container in a refrigerator.
