PUFFED RICE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
Ingredients: 3 cups puffed rice, 3/4 cup jaggery powder, 1/2 cup AS-IT-IS Peanut butter, and one tablespoon ghee.
Preparation: Dry roast 3 cups of puffed rice in a pan until crisp. Transfer into a bowl. In the same pan, heat one tablespoon of ghee, add jaggery powder and add little water in order to melt the jaggery. The jaggery syrup should turn a little frothy. Next, add peanut butter to the jaggery syrup and mix well. Into this add roasted puffed rice with gentle mixing from all sides. When the mixture is warm, prepare small balls out of it and enjoy the puffed rice peanut butter balls.
