Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles
Ingredients: 120g condensed milk, ¼ cup ATOM Peanut butter, 60g cocoa powder
Preparation: Add condensed milk and peanut butter to a bowl and microwave it for 30 seconds, sift in the cocoa powder and stir it making sure to scrap down the sides. Scoop it onto a cling film, and smooth it into a disc shape, then wrap it up and freeze for 30 minutes. Take out, unwrap the film and slice into squares, roll out squares into balls, and coat them in cocoa powder. You can store the truffles in the refrigerator.
