Whey Protein Oats Bar
Ingredients: 150g rolled oats, 30g cocoa powder, 50g ATOM Peanut butter, 60g ATOM French Vanilla Whey Protein, 150g skimmed milk, 50g water (if required), a pinch of salt
Preparation: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, you can add water to adjust the consistency. Then, spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 400F for 15-20 minutes. Remove the tray, allow it to cool, transfer it onto a plate, and slice it up into bars.
