EGGLESS WHEY PANCAKE
Ingredients: 2 cups wheat flour, one cup ATOM Whey protein powder, one cup banana puree, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt, 2 tbsp ATOM Peanut butter, 1 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder.
Preparation: In a large mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, ATOM Whey protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon powder. Add peanut butter, and one cup of milk, and combine well with the whisk. Additionally, add 1/2 cup milk and make smooth-flowing consistency batter. Heat a nonstick pan and grease it with butter. Pour a ladleful of prepared pancake batter. Do not spread. Simmer and cook for 2 minutes. Soft, fluffy pancakes can be served with any kind of your favourite toppings.
