Ingredients: 1 scoop AS-IT-IS Whey protein powder, 3 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tablespoon flax seeds, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 medium ripe banana, 1 cup chilled milk, 6 ice cubes.
Method: Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Transfer the shake into tall glass, top it with chia seeds (optional).
